Daniel Fitzpatrick
Council member for Housing
Daniel Fitzpatrick has specialised primarily in housing law since qualifying in 2001.
In particular he deals with homelessness appeals, judicial review cases, claims for disrepair, possession claims based on rent or mortgage arrears or anti-social behaviour, unlawful evictions and general landlord and tenant disputes.
Daniel is also instructed to act in general property disputes often involving leaseholders. He is currently a solicitor in private practice and partner of Hodge Jones and Allen LLP in one of the largest social housing teams in the country.
