Danielle Cohen is an immigration lawyer with over 23 years' experience. She has been a sole practitioner since 2004 when she established her own firm, which has since been incorporated.

She acts across a diverse range of immigration and asylum cases, with expertise in dealing with complex questions of immigration laws.

Danielle created a firm with a human and personalised approach to client care, ensuring that every case receives a bespoke solution.

Shortlisted as Human Rights Lawyer of the Year in 2018, she appeared as an expert witness to the Home Affairs Select Committee in 2017.

Danielle was also a trustee of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association and a member of the Women Lawyers Division.
