Mark Brown

Formerly, Mark was the managing partner of an eight-partner practice with two offices.

He specialises in corporate and commercial property, with wills and estate planning for business clients, often with complex succession and inheritance tax issues.

Mark is a committee member of the Cheshire and North Wales Law Society where he became president in February 2012 and was honorary secretary for three years until February 2019.

Owning and running his own business, Mark is aware of the challenges faced by solicitors in a high street firm.
