Educated at Cardiff University, Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1999, having trained with Messrs Edward Harris and Son.
He joined Goldstones on qualifying and has been a director of the firm since 2004.
He is the head of the criminal department and specialises in all aspects of serious crime, in particular white collar crime.
Mark has dealt with many high-profile cases in his career including numerous murders, multi-million pound frauds, serious sex cases and high value drug conspiracies.
He holds Grade A senior solicitor status in relation to cases deemed by the Legal Aid Agency as very high cost cases.
Mark undertakes regulatory work and has acted for a number of companies and individuals who have faced investigation and prosecution by relevant bodies.
Mark has a reputation for defending the rights of his clients in a robust and forthright manner, regularly appearing in magistrates' and Crown Courts. He is an experienced High Court advocate.
He is actively involved in supporting the Law Society seeking to influence policy within his areas of interest.
Mark is a keen runner and a Swansea City fan.
