Muntech Kaur

Muntech has worked in divorce and separation law for over 15 years.

Some of her specialisms include divorce (including contested proceedings); financial remedy including matters of high net worth, foreign assets and proceedings with multiple interveners; Family Law Act proceedings representing both applicants and respondents in respect of applications for non-molestation orders and occupation orders; and pre-nuptial and separation agreements.

Muntech has undertaken pro-bono work for numerous organisations, including Romford Independent Legal Advice Centre whilst studying at university and post-qualification for Citizens Advice.

In 2017, she took part in the Law Society’s national advertising campaign.
