Law of Property Act 1925: Celebrate 100 years and develop your network

The Law Society’s Property Section invites you to a celebration of the first 100 years of the Law of Property Act 1925. The Act was passed on 9 April 1925 and came into force the following year. It was part of a series of reforms which consolidated the enactments relating to conveyancing and the law of property in England and Wales and has shaped the property landscape of the UK over the last century.
