David Hunter is a solicitor with nearly thirty years’ experience.
He has been a senior consultant with Bates Wells for the last decade, working with purpose-led businesses, investors and organisations. He has led the firm’s response to the climate and ecological emergencies since 2019.
David has an MSc in sustainability and responsibility from Ashridge Business School and has recently served on the funding committee for the Sustainable Future programme of Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust.
He is also a member of the Law Society's Climate Change Working Group.
David was a founder director of Bristol Pound CIC, Bristol Green Capital Partnership and The Community Farm.
