June Ventners KC

June Venters QC of Venters Solicitors is dual qualified. She is a practising solicitor and barrister and became the first woman solicitor QC in 2006. She is a highly regarded criminal and family silk, handling public and private family cases of the highest severity. She appears as advocate on behalf of parents and children in challenging public law cases involving sexual, physical and emotional abuse.

A BBC 1 documentary in 1996 was made about June's working life as a criminal duty solicitor and an updated documentary was filmed by BBC 4 in 2008.
