Solicitor Judges Network

The Solicitor Judges Network (SJN) supports solicitors who are interested in a judicial career. We aim to increase the number of solicitors who become judges, and encourage solicitors from diverse backgrounds and with varied experience to apply for judicial posts. We also offer digital resources and advice on preparing for judicial application via our career advice section.
